When does my turnaround time begin?

Your selected turnaround begins once payment and all required, readable condominium documents have been received. Missing or separately submitted documents may delay the review.

Can I email my condominium documents?

Please use the secure upload provided with the order form and submit all documents together whenever possible. This helps prevent missing files, matching errors and avoidable delays.

What should I include when asking about an existing order?

Include the email address used to order, the property address and unit number, and your condition deadline. Do not include payment-card details in your message.

Can Clearwise Reports explain something in my completed reports?

Yes. Contact support with your order details and identify the report section or finding you are asking about. Our reviews are informational and document-based and do not replace legal, engineering, accounting, insurance, inspection or real-estate advice.
